Email an individual the roles they would fulfill for a certain amount of time

Would it be possible to email each individual what their roles would be for a certain amount of time?

Currently, you can send an automated email to people by the service date. This limits the amount of addresses to an email to 10. Could you make it so on the "Roles by individual" page, an administrator could email an individual about the roles they would be doing for the next several weeks? So, there would be an email button over in the corner, along with the rss feed button, that when pushed would bring up an automated email for "Joe Smith". In that email it would list the next 8 (pick a number???) events and the role "Joe Smith" would fulfill for each event.

I have now added the ability to add the schedule in each email that you send out, but including the [schedule] tag in the message.

Up to 10 records will be included in the message, sorted by date, then role as follows:

[schedule] is replaced with:

-- YOUR SCHEDULE --
2012-07-28: Pianist
2012-07-28: Worship Leader
--------------------------------

That sounds like a good idea-- just an automated email that would send the schedule to everyone?

Would it be okay if it was something like, "Send Schedule to Schedulees", and an email would be created that says something like,

"Click here to view your personal schedule
"Click here to view your personal rss feed
"Click here to add these events to your web calendar"

etc?

Sure that would work. I was thinking it would appear on the "Grouped by People" tab under the schedule section. On the right side of the page under each individual there are two buttons, one for iCal and the other for RSS. Suggestion would be to add another button to this for each individual where an admin could click on it and an email would pop-up that would list for that person alone all of the dates and roles for that individual.

So for example.....

Dear "Joe Smith",

You are scheduled on 7/15/2012 at 11:00 as Piano
You are scheduled on 7/22/2012 at 11:00 as Guitar
....and so forth.....

Obviously, this means an admin would have to click on every button to make this email, but seems something like it would be helpful than from being prevented from only sending 10 at once for each individual event. This would also limit the amount of emails a person would get at once.
