e-mail proxy

Several members of my worship team are unsure of legitimacy of e-mails sent from SB, they see the church name but they also see your e-mail address... would you consider creating a proxy for your e-mai on your server (i dont know if that is the correct approach) so that it does not show your name but rather the proxy name (i.e. admin@servicebuilder.net).
