Allow users (not admins) to note dates they are unavailable - either on the calendar or somehow on their individual profile.

We are a small worship team. Allowing users to let admins know when they are unavailable would help with planning & scheduling.

Give folks the option to decline their participation if they are unavailable for a service - could be done from the confirmation email??

I have added this feature-- users can go to their own profiles to indicate when they are NOT available. Admins can set availability on everyone's profile.

When this happens, the user will not be available in the drop-down-box for the given date.

This should help one remember - you simple cannot schedule someone for a date they will be away.

As always, please try it out and let me know what you think. Additional ideas are welcome.

Jason,
I love the fact that they can input their dates. When I go to input their unavailable dates, it will let me click on the box, but when I change the calendar it shows up still in the same month. If I manually type the date range in it will work, but the calendar doesn't seem to change from September to October and so on for either the date range ares. Our church is starting to use this and may use it for more than just the worship ministries part of the church. (Nursery, red carpet team, and elders).

Thanks Jason!
Blessings,
Mark
